Have You Had a Mammogram?

If so, you may be qualified to participate in a Focus Group about your experience sponsored by WellStar Health System the evening of Monday, July 20 at the East Cobb YMCA.

Qualified participants will receive a $50 gift card to Quik Trip.

If you are:

  • A woman between the ages of 40 and 60
  • Have had at least one annual mammogram
  • Have had a mammogram since January 2008
  • And live the zip code: 30060, 30062, 30064, or 30066

  • You may qualify to participate in this 1-1/2 hour discussion to be held at: East Cobb YMCA 1055 East Piedmont Road Marietta, GA 30062

    Spots are limited. To get on the qualifying list, please email Facilitator Meridith Kelly at meridithmkelly@comcast.net. In the email’s subject line, please put your zip code. In the body of the email, simply list your name, age, email address, where you got your last mammogram (facility name – it doesn’t matter if it was a WellStar imaging center or not), and day/evening phone numbers.
