Celebrate the 2012 EAST COBBER Parade & Festival this Saturday!

The 17th Annual EAST COBBER Parade & Festival will be held on Saturday, September 15th. Parade begins at 10am with the EAST COBBER Festival immediately following from 11am-3pm, at the Fountains of Olde Towne shopping center, 736 Johnson Ferry Road in East Cobb.

Now in its 17thyear, the EAST COBBER Parade and Festival is the only community-wide event in East Cobb, drawing 2,000 parade participants representing 110 different groups and a crowd of over 10,000. The EAST COBBER Parade and Festival strives to build a sense of community by creating a special event and annual tradition for East Cobb County residents. In addition to the entertainment stage, arts & crafts exhibits, and carnival games, the Festival is an excellent venue for local civic groups, churches, synagogues, and other non-profits to raise awareness about their organizations’ contributions to East Cobb County. The EAST COBBER Festival also provides an opportunity for local businesses to introduce their goods and services to East Cobb residents.

This celebrated community event has something for everyone–unique artists and crafters, fun and entertaining children’s activities, delicious food, and so much more!
