Janey Walker likes nothing more than to get women motivated and moving, but it wasn't always that way. More than a decade ago, she was overweight and was on a roller coaster of yo-yo dieting since the sixth grade. Then one day, she tried out a fitness class and didn't hate it. It was the first step into a new life. Walker opened Get In Shape For Women three and a half years ago. The focus isn't how you look, but how you feel.
