On Wednesday, September 19, Town Center at Cobb will once again open its doors to Kennesaw State University students, faculty and staff for a special evening of community appreciation. Hoot-a-Palooza at Town Center at Cobb will feature entertainment by Kennesaw State University organizations and offer special discounts to guests who show their KSU IDs from 5- 8 p.m. The evening is sponsored by Collegiate Towns & Flats.
Students, faculty staff, alumni, and parent & family association members can enjoy an evening of fun as they kick off the new school year. The first 300 attendees to show their KSU ID will receive swag bags filled with goodies from Town Center at Cobb stores. Guests will receive a coupon sheet with discounts to favorite stores throughout the mall and a chance to win door prizes. Participating stores include:

“KSU’s Hoot-a-Palooza is becoming a tradition for the mall,” said Shelly Weidner, Director of Mall Marketing and Business Development for Town Center at Cobb. “This will be our fourth year hosting an event honoring the school, and we’re so thankful for how well-received it has been by the university’s faculty and students since we launched the event. We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with KSU.”
In addition to exclusive savings, attendees will also be treated to some of KSU’s best entertainment. There will be high-energy activities throughout the evening demonstrating the university’s school spirit with appearances by Athletics, the Swing Dance Association and Owl Radio, among others. Various Kennesaw State University departments – including Student Life, Residence Life and Admissions – will also have on site informational tables.
Attendees will also have access to information from a number of businesses. Participating vendors include Macy’s Optical, Clarinbridge Apartments, Monster Mini Golf, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza, Concentra, U Club on Frey, Wellpath Center, The Lofts of Kennesaw, Road Atlanta, and Paint the Mall Pink 5k Run/Walk.
