This year Children’s asked TellTale to create the kick-off theatrical performance for their Kohl’s Healthy Halls School Wellness Program. The program is in place to teach nutrition and physical activity to elementary school children and is offered FREE to schools around Metro-Atlanta thru a grant received from Kohl’s.
The program includes:
- A 40-minute, curriculum-based performance called “Strong 4 Life” delivered by TellTale Theatre
- Take-home materials for students and their parents
- Follow-up resource materials for the school
Schools that participate receive a plaque of recognition, quarterly newsletters and acknowledgement through Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s online and social media outlets. More than 40 schools have already received the free program this year.
Metro-Atlanta schools can schedule the free program in advance for the fall NOW by completing the interest form at the link below.
