The Police Email Notification System (PENS) is maintained by Cobb Police to enhance communication between Cobb County’s five police precincts and the communities they serve. The objective of the program is the establishment of email contact with official representatives of Cobb’s homeowners associations (HOAs) and business leaders on matters of safety and security.
The PENS Program is an excellent way for the community to stay informed of crime trends in the area and tips on measures to take to keep you and your family safe.
