Quarterly Police Email Notification System (PENS) Meetings.  The first quarterly PENS meetings will have Lieutenant Destiny Davidson of the Cobb County Police Department  presenting crime trends in East Cobb County and provide crime prevention tips.  There will also be time for questions and answers.
