Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev will be teaching a 2-day Inner Engineering class in Atlanta on April 16-17. Sadhguru is a yogi and mystic, and a realized Master, who has taught yoga in its classical form to millions of people around the world. In this class, he will be teaching the Shambhavi  Mahamudra, an ancient yogic practice that traditionally has only been available to a select few after many intensive years of preparation.

The Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya is a powerful and purifying energy technique using the breath. This practice aligns the human system so that the body, mind and emotions function in harmony, establishing a chemistry of blissfulness within. Improved sleep, relief from chronic ailments, higher energy and productivity levels, and increased peace and joy are measurable benefits of this practice. A recent study of more than 500 practitioners showed that of Inner Engineering participants gained a deeper sense of inner peace; 87 percent found improved emotional balance; 80% increased mental clarity.

A poet, visionary, Sadhguru’s wit and piercing logic are inescapable. He has the ability to make the ancient yogic sciences relevant to modern lifestyles. His classes are fun and an invitation to re-evaluate common life perceptions.  He is an influential voice at major global forums and has spoken at the UN, the World Economic Forum, MIT, Emory and other prominent venues, addressing socio-economic development, leadership and spirituality.

Sadhguru travels to the U.S. twice a year and teaches only one public program each trip. The 2-day Inner Engineering in Atlanta is an advanced level program with a prerequisite. Pre-requisite: Inner Engineering Online at www.innerengineering.com/online.
