It’s a grill, it’s a smoker, it’s an oven and it’s the most versatile cooker ever. And local: Big Green Egg is based in Tucker, GA. The East Cobb store of The Cook’s Warehouse (www.cookswarehouse.com) will hold a Big Green Egg grill celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 29.
There will be grilling demonstrations while Chef and the Fatman record their James Beard-nominated radio show to help celebrate this top-of-the-line ultimate grill. Whole Foods Market is donating Brasstown Beef and Thompson Farms Pork to cook on the Egg as well as two $25 gift cards to be included in the giveaways.
Special appearance, 12 to 2 p.m.: Jessie Lysiak, from Social Circle, GA, and on the current season of MasterChef, will be part of the Chef and the Fatman show. No doubt she’ll be cooking something on an Egg and pleased to have a meet’n’greet with fans of the show.

The Big Green Egg celebration will include giveaways and special pricing on cookware inside the store.
