On Tuesday, March 17, Red Sky Executive Chef/Partner Brian Kennington will be featuring a mix of tradition and innovation with two special menu items with an Irish flare.
He will be preparing Fish and Chips ($7) made with Flounder, and creating a spin on the traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage, with Corned Beef and Cabbage Croquettes served with a Horseradish Cream Sauce ($6). You will be able to pair either of these treats with a great selection of locally brewed craft beers on draft or a two special drinks just for St Patty’s day, an Irish Car Bomb ($5) and an Irish Espresso Martini ($5) made withThree Olives Espresso Vodka, Kahlua and Baileys and Cream.
All of these specials will be available throughout the day on St. Patrick’s Day.
