Ted’s Montana Grill, a restaurant concept inspired by the American West committed to serving honest food with genuine hospitality, is bringing back guest favorites to the spring menu, the Chicken Chopped Salad and Snowcrest Chicken Sandwich, as well as its seasonal Strawberry Shortcake dessert. The restaurant is also introducing daily Chef’s Features.
The Chicken Chopped Salad features grilled chicken, crisp iceberg lettuce with diced red onion and green pepper, roasted corn, garbanzo beans, smoked ham, cucumber and fresh basil tossed in house-made basil vinaigrette. The Snowcrest Chicken Sandwich is made with a crispy, lightly fried chicken breast served on a cracked wheat bun topped with shredded iceberg lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, dill pickles and a tangy mustard remoulade.
To enhance the guests’ dining experience, Ted’s has also launched Chef’s Features. Each restaurant will feature an off-the-menu selection for lunch and dinner and pair it with a signature beverage to complement the flavors of the dish. These include many local favorites and new items such as the Bison Chopped Steak, Chicken Fried Chicken and seasonal fresh fish options. These seasonal catches of fresh fish are simply grilled and lightly seasoned, accompanied with lemon caper beurre blanc or fresh mango salsa.
“We listened to our guests and value their feedback, which is why we re-introduced our tried and true classics that keep them coming back to Ted’s,” said Head Corporate Chef Chris Raucci. “Our Chef’s Features allow us to elevate our authentic American specialties made with fresh, regionally-sourced ingredients.”
The Strawberry Shortcake seasonal dessert is also back for the spring and summer months. Ted’s Strawberry Shortcake features fresh-baked sweet drop biscuits topped with vanilla Häagen- Dazs® ice cream and house-made whipped cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce.
The new menu offerings are available at Ted’s Montana Grill’s 45 locations. One of them is here in East Cobb: 640 Johnson Ferry Road.
