Wheeler students recognized as National Achievement Semifinalists

Four Wheeler High School students have been recognized as National Achievement Semifinalists. The National Achievement® Scholarship Program is an academic competition established in 1964 to provide recognition for outstanding Black American high school students.

Of the more than 160,000 students who currently enter the National Achievement® Program each year, more than 4,700 are honored.

2013 National Achievement® Scholarship Program Semifinalists from Wheeler High School are:

  • Haley M. Booker-Lauridson
  • Khorizon Dunn
  • Mina Ezikpe
  • Nicholas W. Ngare
