Advance voting starts today in Cobb County. Interested residents can vote early in the main Cobb Elections office, 736 Whitlock Avenue, Marietta; and, Jim Miller Park Event Center, 2245 Callaway Road in Marietta. These locations will be open from Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through November 2. You can also vote there on Saturday, October 20, and Saturday, October 27, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The week before the Nov. 6 general election, early voting expands to several venues in the county, including three in East Cobb. In addition to the East Cobb Government Service Center, 4400 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, advance voting will also take place at Noonday Baptist Church, 4120 Canton Road, Marietta and the East Cobb Senior Center, 3332 Sandy Plains Road. These East Cobb locations will be open from October 29 to November 2, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There’s no advance voting on Saturday, Nov. 3, or Monday, November 6.
