Bulloch Hall Tours: Staying Cool in the 19th Century. The lovely ladies of the 19th Century wore several pounds of clothing and still only “glistened” in the Georgia heat. How did they do it? Local Rotary Club’s Dog Days Run Celebrates a Decade Plus One! Honoring the heat and humidity of late Summer, the public is invited to the 12th annual Dog Days 5K Run on Saturday, July 29th. Produced by the Rotary Club of East Cobb, the big event kicks off at 7:30am. A cash prize of $125 will be given to top male and female finisher in the following categories: Open, Masters (40-49), Grand Masters (50-59) and Seniors (60+). Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the following categories: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.
