Family Fun Time at East Cobb Library. Family Fun Time is for families with children of all ages. Can include books, activities, a short film, parachute play, music and a craft. ECIC Free Medical Clinic. East Cobb Islamic Center (ECIC), a non-profit organization, has a free medical clinic with discounted lab work available to uninsured members of the community.
