Join Kara Johnson with the Alzheimer’s Association to learn about research in the areas of diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
Eggnog and Mittens

The course teaches proven driving techniques to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. Learn age-related physical changes and how to adjust your driving to compensate. Check with your insurance agent about possible discount. Bring a lunch.
