Visit BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir
Enjoy hours of beauty, peace, and discovery– a masterpiece of exquisite Indian design and workmanship. Marvel at the intricate marble carvings, participate in Hindu rituals or learn about the world’s oldest living faith – Hinduism.
Open to one and all, the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is comprised of 3 types of stone (Turkish Limestone, Italian marble, and Indian pink sandstone). More than 34,000 individual pieces were carved by hand in India, shipped to the USA and assembled in Lilburn like a giant 3-D puzzle.

Time: 9am-6pm daily. The best time to come and see are from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 3:30pm to 6:00pm.

Merry Go Zoo
Be a part of the new installation at the High Museum of Art, an interactive setting located in the center of the Woodruff Arts Center campus on the Sifly Piazza. You can play, create, and be a part of the art or have a picnic and explore the sculptures. Visitors are able to interact with the structures either by spinning on the base or by rotating the sculpture. Merry Go Zoo transforms the piazza into a playground and summer refuge that offers a welcoming atmosphere for socializing and recreation.

Georgia Governor’s Mansion
Public tours are conducted throughout the year. The tour is a hybrid of a guided and self guided tour. There are docents stationed in each room to teach you about the collection, but you may go from room to room at your own pace. Many of the docents have volunteered at the Mansion under several Governors and are as much a part of the tour as the collection itself.
Cost: Free
Time: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:00am and 11:30am. It is recommended that you arrive before 11:00 to allow enough time to complete the tour before the Mansion closes at 11:30am.
