Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State Face-off for Lace Up with Lax. Lace Up with Lax, in conjunction with Kennesaw State Men’s Lacrosse and Georgia Tech Men’s Lacrosse, will host a game to raise awareness and support for homeless children. Prior to the face-off between Kennesaw State and Georgia Tech will be a high school match-up at 6 p.m. featuring Buford High School and Pope High School, who is hosting the event in their annual Lace Up with Lax game. Fans attending the games are asked to bring a pair of new children’s shoes to donate to Lace Up with Lax, which in-turn will be given to a local shelter to distribute to homeless children. 8pm. The Military Family Support Center On-site Sale. The sale is available to retired veterans and active duty personnel and their families who have been granted commissary privileges.
