When Tricia West received her first paycheck from LongHorn Steakhouse, she was just 16-years-old. Recently, her leadership skills and industry knowledge earned her a promotion as the new Managing Partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse on Lower Roswell Road in East Cobb – the longest standing LongHorn Steakhouse in the country.

Tricia started at LongHorn at just 16 years-old-as a hostess. As she grew in the hospitality industry, she held many positions. She is now back home in Marietta to lead the same restaurant where she started so many years ago.

Born and raised in the community, Tricia has consistently hit her goals and exceeded expectations, always challenging herself. Today, she attributes her success to her team and managers who have always encouraged and supported her throughout her career.

“I enjoy motivating and impacting team members and taking 100 percent care of our guests. I am always looking for a challenge, and when I became an assistant manager I knew my next goal was to have my own restaurant. LongHorn has always been my passion and my drive. I am looking forward to this new journey!” says Tricia.
