SEPTEMBER 23 & 24

Fall Native Plant Sale. A great way to meet Master Gardeners who can give you advice for your garden questions. Horticulturists and Master Gardeners will be on site to answer all your plant questions. Purchase Beautyberries, Azaleas, Hazelnuts, Buckeyes Ferns, Foamflowers, Groundcovers, Evergreens, and a variety of Butterfly-Attractors in Full Bloom plus veggies for your winter harvest. 10am-5pm. Living History Event: Beyond My Stone presented by the Roswell Historical Society. Members of the society will dress the part as they go into character while standing at their gravesite and give the story of their lives in the first person. The event is not suited for small children or those who cannot walk uneven ground or stand for long periods of time. 5:30-7pm (rain or shine). $10/RHS members, $15/non-members, $5/Children 12 and under. 57th Annual Atlanta AAUW Book Fair presented by American Association of University of Women, (AAUW). Over 75,000 gently used books at bargain prices. Profits are used for scholarships, fellowships and community programs. Special opening night, Monday: 6-9pm. ($10). Open daily starting Tuesday: 10am-9pm; Sunday: 12-7pm.
