Last Sunday, June 5, a celebration service was held to honor retiring senior minister Rev. Randy Mickler for his 28 years of service to Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.

Randy has been in the ministry since 1972, the last 26 of those years as the senior pastor of Mt. Bethel UMC. Mt. Bethel is the largest United Methodist Church east of the Mississippi River and third largest in the world.

Randy Mickler has been married to Diane Mickler since 1972. They have two children, four grandsons, and one dog.

Mt. Bethel UMC is located at 4385 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta / East Cobb.
