The dog that the Sheriff’s Office is in the process of purchasing is a Hanover Hound. He is 10 months old and is currently in training in South Carolina. He will be in training until mid-July.

The hound doesn’t have a name yet, but the Sheriff’s Office plans to partner with a local elementary school to see what name they can come up with.
