Channel 2 WSB-TV will televise a live debate between Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle and Secretary of State Brian Kemp, the two Republicans who finished first and second consecutively in the May Primary Election. Cagle and Kemp are battling each other to win the Republican nomination for Governor of Georgia in the upcoming runoff election.

Channel 2 Action News Anchor Justin Farmer will moderate the live debate on Sunday, July 15 on Channel 2 starting at 12:30 p.m.

Panelists include award-winning news Anchor and Reporter Dave Huddleston from Channel 2 Action News, Political Reporter Greg Bluestein from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Condace Pressley, Manager of Programming Operations and Community Affairs for News 95.5 and AM750 WSB and KISS 104.1.

Farmer and the panelists will question the candidates on the most important issues to voters including the economy, taxes, illegal immigration, abortion, education, traffic and transportation. The candidates will also answer questions fielded directly from the voters.
